I would love to be able to rate Unbound XR higher but the fact that this took so long to resolve simply prevents me from doing so.
I am going to update this review once I receive my package.

They received the package and confirmed my claims of broken tracker(won't work without external power) and faulty dongle. I was told that the dongle and tracker are to be replaced. However I was also told that the trackers aren't in stock at the moment. And that they will notify me when that changes.

Unbound contacted me a few hours after I uploaded my review. I told them about the issues and they told me to send the Tundra X3 bundle to them for testing.

I pre-ordered Tundra Trackers back in March of 2022. One tracker doesn't work unless powered externally and all of them drift due to a faulty receiver. Rendering them basically useless.
I contacted Unbound about the problems the next day after I received the package, no response for months. So I contacted Tundra Labs and was told to request a RMA from Unbound. Sent two more emails, nothing. Called them 2x and was told my case will be forwarded to a co-worker. A week or two later, nothing.
I deeply regret purchasing from Unbound, I wish I had done more research about the company before purchasing items from them, since I now see many have had the same issues (practically nonexistent customer support).

In our system I see that you have sent an email to us 3 times. I also see that we have responded almost immediately to all your emails. Could it be that an email from us has ended up in the spam box?

Don't trust the stock listings on items for this site - This store will leave them as listed as in stock, only to take your money and then inform you that the item won't be in stock for months. I expect better of a large scale XR provider, and you should too.

One thing that Unbound should look after is adding customer telephone number to package or shipping documents. DPD almost send my order back due to missing telephone number in delivery documents and not able to contact with me.

Delivery quoted 2-5 working days. Pretty normal. On the 5th day, the delivery person drove to my yard, stepped out from their vehicle, scanned the package and drove away without attempting to deliver the package. I was outside witnessing this. 5minutes later, in the postal services app, they said they could not reach me and that they will deliver the package to a pick up location on the next Tuesday. If possible, change your delivery partners. Budbee is hands down the best delivery company here in Finland. Best delivery times and real time tracking where the driver is.
