Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear the sizes were incorrect. I see when you contacted our customer service you only asked how to return a product, but of course when something is incorrect we pay the return for you. So please next time, let us know the size chart is incorrect so we will make the return label for you. If you can send a receipt to customer service of the shipping costs you paid for the return we can send you a refund for that.

Grazie per il feedback. Ci dispiace che non siate soddisfatti del nostro servizio. Avete inserito un indirizzo errato per il vostro ordine e il pacco era già stato spedito prima che ricevessimo il vostro messaggio di modifica dell'indirizzo.
Vi abbiamo consigliato di contattare GLS per modificare l'indirizzo, perché di solito non possiamo farlo una volta spedito il pacco. Vi siete rifiutati di farlo, perché il sito di GLS ci ha detto che dovevamo farlo noi.
Abbiamo contattato il nostro intermediario per modificare l'indirizzo, dopo avervi spiegato che non potevamo promettere che avrebbe funzionato. Perché la nostra esperienza ci ha insegnato che di solito non funziona.
In seguito vi è stato nuovamente consigliato di contattare GLS una volta che il pacco era nel paese di destinazione per modificare l'indirizzo direttamente presso GLS.
Sebbene ci dispiace che non siate soddisfatti del nostro servizio, vi abbiamo spiegato perché sarebbe stato meglio contattare GLS personalmente, cosa che non volevate fare. Abbiamo comunque provato a farlo, ma non ha funzionato, come abbiamo già detto che molto probabilmente sarebbe stato il caso.
