Thank you for your feedback — we're sorry to hear you weren't fully satisfied with the setup.

You're absolutely right about the missing graphics driver and the wrong kernel. That should not have happened, and we sincerely apologize. We've taken your feedback seriously and have already improved our internal checklist to prevent this from happening again, especially with newer hardware and Linux installations.

Regarding the disk encryption: we've looked through the full order history — notes, conversations, and internal logs — but unfortunately found no mention or request to encrypt the disk. It’s very possible you intended to add that, but since there’s currently no dedicated comment field during the order process, it never reached us. As a result, we simply didn’t know.

To make up for the inconvenience, we’ve added 8,000 SKIKK Miles (worth €80) to your account as a gesture of goodwill. Thank you again for sharing your experience — feedback like yours helps us improve.
